Stop Worrying for Things You Can’t Control
Fear is inevitable, No one lives without fear. Fear to be judged, fear of other people’s opinion about you, fear about making mistake, fear if you are not good enough, fear of a new situation, etc.
I used to be a very insecure person and afraid of being judged. But, now I learn that that insecurity can be managed and trained. Thus, next time we can face it and no more worry of things we can’t control.
When we feel worried about something, try to analyze whether those we can control or not. If it is on other people’s minds then obviously no need to waste time in analyzing it. Once you learn it regularly, you will get used to it in and be more self-aware.
No need to impress other people. Just do it because you are aware of some things you can not control and managed.
