How My Mindset Changes About Leadership Styles and What is The Best One
Just 2–3 years ago, I often read leadership thoughts in various articles. I became more interested in leadership cause I discovered abundantly clear that how one person in a company/organisation/country, when wielding a position, can change other people’s lives (either in positive or negative results for those people).
I wrangled If the best leadership style occurs to fix things. But I was wrong.
Here are the examples of leadership styles among many others:
- Directing
- Supportive
- Coaching
- Delegative
Now, my perspective changes. The truth is all of the styles are effective If they are applied to the right person and the suitable situation. Thus, as a leader, you must be conscious of when you need to use which style and to whom.
